Meet Rio – Our Beautiful Scarlet Macaw
Rio is a stunning 4-year-old male Scarlet Macaw with vibrant feathers and a charming personality. I’ve had the pleasure of raising him since he was young, and he has grown into a healthy, well-tamed, and intelligent companion.
Rio loves to interact and often shows off his talking skills – his favorite words are “Cracker” and his own name, “Rio.” While he may give the occasional playful nip (as macaws sometimes do), he is generally friendly, curious, and full of life.

Scarlet Macaws are known for their intelligence, long lifespan, and affectionate nature. Rio is no exception – he truly lights up any room with his beauty and playful energy.
Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I can no longer provide Rio with the full attention he deserves. My hope is to find him a loving new home where he can continue to thrive.
